Result of Application for the 3rd Phase of Simon K Y Lee Children’s Fund – FLY® Project (“FLY® III”)
Thank you to all NGOs who submitted applications for implementing the 3rd Phase of Simon K Y Lee Children’s Fund – FLY® Project. The Children’s Fund has completed the vetting procedures and selected the proposals from the following 15 NGOs to deliver the FLY® programme in 28 service units over 14 districts in Hong Kong, from September 2017 to June 2018. It is expected that 300 dyads will benefit.

FLY® is an evidence-based early intervention programme aiming to enhance the learning and development of children aged 1.5 from deprived families, before kindergarten entry. It contains 55 sessions over seven months, with each session comprising one hour of child-learning plus one hour of parent education. The programme covers various developmental aspects such as cognitive, fine and gross motor, language, school readiness, parent-child relationship and behavior management.
