Structure & People

The Simon K. Y. Lee Foundation is founded by the late Dr. Simon K Y Lee, and is now governed by a Board of Directors comprising Dr. Lee’s descendants. The Foundation has three daughter funds, the Simon K. Y. Lee Elderly Fund, the Simon K. Y. Lee Children’s Fund and the Simon K.Y. Lee Karen Fund.

The Elderly Fund and the Children’s Fund each have an Advisory Committee which provides advice to the Board and assists the later in decision making and strategic planning. The two Advisory Committees comprise professionals from the relevant fields.

All Board members and Advisory Committee members serve on a voluntary basis.
