Invitation for Proposals – 5th Phase of Simon K Y Lee Children’s Fund – FLY® Project (“FLY® V”)
Simon K Y Lee Children’s Fund – FLY Project® (“FLY”) is an evidence-based early intervention programme designed by Prof. Cynthia Leung of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Dr. Sandra Tsang of The University of Hong Kong to enhance the learning and development of preschoolers aged 1.5 from deprived families before kindergarten entry. It is a 55-session programme over 28 weeks. Each session includes two hours of child-learning through play activities and parent education.
To multiply the impacts on society through FLY, our Foundation continues to provide direct grants and support local non-governmental organizations (“NGOs”) to organize the FLY V. Please click Invitation for Proposals & Application Form for detailed information.
