Invitation for Proposals – Fifth Phase of “Active Prevention & Early Detection of Cognitive Impairment Project (“APEC V”)

The Simon K Y Lee Elderly Fund (“the Elderly Fund”) is inviting NGOs to apply for project funding to implement the 5th Phase of the Active Prevention & Early Detection of Cognitive Impairment Project (“APEC V”). The deadline of application is 5:00pm, 29 September 2017.

Applicant NGO must be a charitable organization exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112). One NGO can submit one application only but can choose to operate the project in more than one district and through more than one service unit. The application is open to all qualified organizations, but priority consideration will be given to units (regardless whether the mother agency has participated or not) that have never participated in APEC before. 

The project must commence within December 2017 and be completed by 28 February 2019.

A briefing session will be held on 1 September 2017 at 4pm. The Elderly Fund will introduce the APEC V project and the application in more details and answer any questions. To sign up for the session, please fill in and return the Reply Slip by 25 August 2017.
